Eating out

Where do you start? Like any french town there are loads of good places to eat.

Starting with the simplest of lunches you have the sandwich bars Belouga, Poco Loco, Midnight Express and our favourite Mojo where you can get a healthy sandwich on a granary bun. They serve huge, hot, round sandwiches with a choice of fillings and sauces. A meal in itself.

For medium budget restaurants, our prefered places are The Jekyll, Chambre 9, The MBC, Neapolis or Casa Valerio for pizzas La Cantina for Mexican food and for great asian fusion food, Munchie is unbeatable.

Very close to the chalet, there is a restaurant called Le Tremplin. Great food, honest prices and run by Pierre and Odile, a lovely French couple.

If you really want to push the boat out and try some haute cuisine, we recommend the Auberge du Bois Prin (Michelin starred), Maison Carrier (Michelin Starred) and our favourite, Le Bistrot. Mickey, the chef was awarded a Michelin star last year but he still offers a 3 course lunch for 17€.
